Big things are happening behind the scenes at Big C’s Café and if you’ve been in lately, you might have noticed the first signs of what’s coming.

We’re officially in production mode for the new Big C’s Café & Deli, a fresh addition that will bring a full lineup of grab-and-go meals, fresh sandwiches, sides, dips, and small-batch specialties, all made right here in our kitchen.

The goal is simple:

• More convenience for busy days.

• More flavor made from scratch.

• More ways to enjoy Big C’s whether you’re dining in or taking it to go.

From the first cabinet deliveries and flooring choices to a road trip to pick up our new refrigerated display case, every step is bringing us closer to launch. We’re keeping things practical, using the same trusted ingredients we already love in the café! Finding ways to make daily prep flow naturally between the kitchen and the deli.
